TIPS ON WHAT TO WEAR:

Wear light comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Be careful about wearing a large loose shirt - because it might fall over your head.

Shoes: Yoga is done in bare feet..

Yoga Mats: We have mats available but feel free to bring one if you already have it.

Preparation: We recommend that you wait a minimum of two hours after eating before taking a class.

If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor to make sure that it’s safe for you to practice Yoga.

During Hot classes we try to maintain the room temp at 88 degrees.  But, it fluctuates due to the building's age & condition.  In cold weather, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep the studio heated to 88 degrees so we recommend that students layer their clothing and use blankets in Savasana.
