Tai Chi Chuan, usually referred to as “Tai Chi”, is a deep, meditative, internal practice and at its original core, a martial art. Today it’s commonly practiced and taught in a manner that strengthens and promotes mind/body health with sequences of very slow controlled movements.
Practiced daily around the globe, & because of many generous teachers, the Western world has also received the opportunity to partake in this treasure that has enriched the lives of many throughout the centuries.
