Alex Stansbury, 500 hour RYT – Alex has been teaching Yoga since 2007. She is certified at the 500 hour level (300 hrs at the Dallas Yoga Center and 200 hrs at Yoga Works in Boulder, CO.) She is currently training to certify as an Iyengar Instructor through the BKS Iyengar Studio in Dallas. Alex also has her licenses in Massage Therapy, Cupping Therapy, and Reiki. Her style of teaching is influenced by Iyengar, Somatics, and various Vinyasa flow methods.

Owner and volunteer instructor Dr.Venugopal Gopalakrishna-Remani, PhD, BVSc & A.H (DVM), MBA, PGDPM – Dr.V completed his teacher training with 200 hour RYT through Yoga Alliance. Dr.V teaches several styles: gentle, chair, yoga flow, Vinyasa, Yoga balance and Yoga stretch styles, combining ancient wisdom practices with asana. Venu has dedicated himself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits while backpacking through India at Sivananda Ashram and Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram – KYM. He also trains in the gym of The University of Texas at Tyler as a volunteer yoga instructor and is currently looking to travel with yogis around the world. He practices Taekwondo, improve comedy, stand up comedy and theater acting in his spare time.

Ryann Martin– 200hr. RYT; IBBFA Barre Lvl. 1 & 2 Certified -Ryann has been practicing yoga & dancing since 2012. Through her experience in working with groups & individuals she has had the great joy of watching many students improve on their flexibility, strength, stamina, & confidence. During her work with the senior populations, she has seen several students rehabilitated past injuries & many are now able to get up & down off the floor by themselves! Ryann has since added ballet barre to her repertoire & loves combining the fluidity of dance into her personal practice.

Susan Oravetz – Yoga has been a powerful healing force in Susan’s life since 1999. She is a Certified Yoga instructor thru Yogafit and began teaching in 2012. In 2014 she began working toward her Yogafit Warriors specialty certification to provide yoga classes designed for Vets and first responders.
